Join us for the Holidaze Book Fair on Saturday, December 5th at Rockwell Beer Co.
Location: Rockwell Beer Co
Date: December 5th, 2026
Time: 12pm - 4pm
We're bringing together indie authors, local vendors, and bookish businesses for a festive day of holiday shopping, unique gifts, and literary cheer! Help readers find the perfect gifts while supporting local authors and small businesses this holiday season.
WHO CAN APPLY?
This event is open to authors and vendors across all genres, but if you've got a Winter/Holiday-themed book, you'll fit right in!
Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance. Selected authors and vendors will receive additional information regarding their assigned venue, invoice, and event details after acceptance.
TABLE FEES
Please select the table size that best fits your setup. Table size refers to the amount of display space you will be allotted at the venue. We’ll do our best to accommodate each participant’s selected space while working within the layout and capacity of each host business.
AUTHORS:
3ft Shared Table: $30
6ft Full Table: $40
VENDORS:
6ft Full Table: $45
12ft Double Table: $60
RENTALS
Participants are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs unless rentals are reserved in advance.
We have a limited number of tables and chairs available to rent for the event. The STL Bookish Events team will deliver reserved rentals to your assigned venue prior to setup.
Chair: $5
Table: $10
Availability is limited and rentals are first come, first served.
Because each host venue is different, access to electricity, outlets, Wi-Fi, and other amenities cannot be guaranteed but we will try to accomodate vendors as much as possible (especially regarding the Wi-Fi).
RAFFLE DONATIONS
As always--we love a good raffle!
Prizes may include signed books, bookmarks, bookish merchandise, gift cards, products from local businesses, and other goodies donated by participating authors, vendors, and venues.
If you would like to contribute an item, book, gift card, or other product to the prize baskets, please indicate that in the form below. You are welcome to include business cards or promotional materials with your donation!
Donations are completely optional.
SETUP AND TAKE DOWN
Because the event begins at 12 PM, we are currently planning for approximately 10:30 AM setup. Exact setup instructions may vary depending on your assigned venue and will be provided closer to the event.
Please do not begin breaking down your table before 4 PM.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
If accepted, you will receive an invoice from STL Bookish Events via email. Your spot is not officially confirmed until your invoice has been paid in full.
Each invoice will include a payment due date. If payment is not received by the deadline listed on your invoice, your spot may be released to another author or vendor on our waitlist.
In accordance with the STL Bookish Events Refund & Cancellation Policy, all author/vendor fees and rental fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise stated by STL Bookish Events.
Refunds will generally only be issued if STL Bookish Events cancels the event and does not reschedule it. Changes to participating authors, vendors, programming, schedules, venue assignments, or venue details do not qualify for a refund.
If the event is postponed, relocated, or canceled due to circumstances outside of our control, including severe weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or venue emergencies, refund or transfer options will be determined based on the circumstances.
Authors and vendors who cancel, fail to attend, or are removed for violating event policies are not eligible for reimbursement.
If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the space to someone on our waitlist.
IMPORTANT INFO
Authors and vendors are responsible for managing their own sales, payment processing, cash/change, merchandise, and applicable sales tax obligations.
Please also keep in mind that this is a book crawl rather than a traditional centralized market. Readers will be traveling between multiple venues throughout the afternoon, and STL Bookish Events cannot guarantee a specific amount of foot traffic or sales at any individual location.
Participation in the event is subject to all applicable STL Bookish Events policies, including our Code of Conduct, AI Usage Policy, and vendor/intellectual property guidelines.
