PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
If accepted, you will receive an invoice from STL Bookish Events via email. Your spot is not officially confirmed until your invoice has been paid in full.
Each invoice will include a payment due date. If payment is not received by the deadline listed on your invoice, your spot may be released to another author or vendor on our waitlist.
In accordance with the STL Bookish Events Refund & Cancellation Policy, all author/vendor fees and rental fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise stated by STL Bookish Events.
Refunds will generally only be issued if STL Bookish Events cancels the event and does not reschedule it. Changes to participating authors, vendors, programming, schedules, venue assignments, or venue details do not qualify for a refund.
If the event is postponed, relocated, or canceled due to circumstances outside of our control, including severe weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or venue emergencies, refund or transfer options will be determined based on the circumstances.
Authors and vendors who cancel, fail to attend, or are removed for violating event policies are not eligible for reimbursement.
If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the space to someone on our waitlist.
IMPORTANT INFO
Authors and vendors are responsible for managing their own sales, payment processing, cash/change, merchandise, and applicable sales tax obligations.
Participation in the event is subject to all applicable STL Bookish Events policies, including our Code of Conduct, AI Usage Policy, and vendor/intellectual property guidelines.
