Raise a Glass, Raise a Reader Book Event

Raise a Glass, Raise a Reader is a community book fair at Rockwell Beer Co. on October 10th, bringing together local authors, vendors, readers, and families for an afternoon centered around books, community, and giving back.

This event will help raise donations for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, an organization dedicated to getting books into the hands of young children and helping foster a lifelong love of reading. Rockwell will be creating a special themed drink menu for the event, with donations from those featured drinks benefiting the Imagination Library. Guests who purchase a themed drink will also receive a ticket for our event raffle, with prizes contributed by participating authors, vendors, and community partners.

We’re welcoming authors and vendors across all genres, along with a selection of children’s and kid-lit authors, to create an event that reflects the diversity, inclusivity, and creativity of our local bookish community. At its heart, Raise…
